ACV enhances sales team with two new appointments – Travelweek

MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations has announced two new additions to its sales team.

Ana Paula De Souza has been appointed Director of Sales while Matthew Djorsev has been named Manager of National Accounts.

On their new appointments, Nino Montagnese, Vice President, Air Canada Vacations, said: “I am happy to welcome Ana Paula and Matthew to Air Canada Vacations. We’ve built a formidable team and under Ana Paula’s attentive leadership, we look forward to continuing to rebuild our industry alongside all our travel partners.”

De Souza comes to ACV with more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, 15 of which were spent in corporate sales at Air Canada. In her new role, she will be responsible for the development of ACV’s national sales strategy as well as growing various lines of business and increasing distribution channels. She will lead a sales team that consists of Christine Faulkner, Erminia Nigro, Marigold Frontuna, Marco Gagnon as well as Matthew Djorsev.

In his new role as Manager, National Accounts, Djorsev, who has over 10 years of travel industry experience, will be responsible for supporting national partners and solidifying ACV’s market presence across Canada

Mary Santonato, who previously held the role of Manager of National Accounts, has taken on a new role as Manager, Groups and Incentives and will be tasked with supporting the business strategy for national group sales.
