Swoop launches service between Regina and Edmonton, Winnipeg – Travelweek

REGINA — Swoop has launched service out of Regina, with flights now in operation to both Edmonton and Winnipeg from the Saskatchewan capital.

Swoop flight WO582 from Edmonton International Airport landed at YQR yesterday morning and received a warm welcome before departing for Winnipeg.

“We are thrilled to continue our summer network expansion here in Regina with two important inaugural flights,” said Bert van der Stege, Head of Commercial and Finance at Swoop.

New service to Saskatoon started earlier this week. Later this month, Swoop will add more nonstop flights from both Regina and Saskatoon to Toronto.
